Q: What makes you most proud? 

A: We have the highest retention rates in the industry for our people and our clients. We have the best mental health programs because talent must feel safe, nurtured and inspired. We are giving our time to America’s leading mental health research programs because our industry must lead on this issue. I’m proud to work at a place that is all about inspiring and nurturing people.
